Its been done before, Harry Brunk's Opus "Up Clear Creek on the Narrow Gauge" is a single source compilation of his series of articles written over a period of several years in the Gazette.
Its a great source for us indoor guys, doing a book like this for outdoors, by someone like Peter Jones would be very interesting and might be a very good idea!
Have fun with your trains

My copy of 'Practical Garden Railways' is an indispensable source of information and inspiration.
My copy will never ever be lent or sold! I even caught my wife reading it once.
A compilation of all his 'scriblings' would be an instant hit, now why didn't someone think of that before?
Bestest, Matthew Foster.
I like reading his column. Think it would be a hit if it was just his garden railways "notes" column.
