Just had to share this story.During the summer I picked up a couple of used Scientific G scale battery operated RC trains off Craigslist to give to some grandkids in the family at our holiday party this year.  I got G scale so they could run them on my layout before taking them home.One headlight was out, so I managed to get to it, found it was an incandescent bulb, but didn't know the rating so wasn't sure what to replace it with.  I put an LED in but meanwhile contacted someone in the U.S who distributes them to see if I could get a replacement bulb.  I was told to send an Emal to China.  Given these trains only sell for $39 new I didn't hold out much hope.Amazingly, I got a reply asking for my mailing address, and a few days later 3 new bulbs arrived by priority mail, at no charge. Now that is fantastic support.Bob
