They are the #1 size Kadee couplers. Nice looking but you need a small flat blade to uncouple them.

Looks like it mostly Hartland Big John, just modified.
I saw that last night. No idea what the heck it is. Far less prototypical than anything Vic has created (and no that is not a challenge, Vic ). Its too big for a one cylinder lokie. It could be turned into a class B Dunkirk by adding a second cylinder.
The boiler looks like its from Hartland. The cab looks like its Bachmann (Annie or Connie maybe?). The trucks are either Bachmann Heisler or possibly Hartland Big John. Either way, its a mess and they are asking way too much for it.
