I picked up the set of MDC parts from ana.kramer/SanVal on eBay too. I have bought quite a few things from them and always great service. The set came with side frames, 2 cabs, muffler, air tanks, etc.

Contact San Val hobbies out here, supposedly the owner cleaned MDC out of all the loose parts of these Big Hustler, I bought a box of like 80 smokestacks from this model

   Have fun with your trains

Alright. I know you said no Evilbay, BUT.....this seller is top notch and commonly has the detail kits available for the MDC Hustler. I got the detail parts for my scratch built critter from Al, and they were the Hustler detail packs. They were cheap too. He doesn't have any listed right now, but here's the link to his store. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZana.kramer You can always contact him through Evilbay and see. Here's another shot of my critter, as I have added a few more details since I last posted a pic.

Robert,

Yes, the side frames. I like the design of them and if I can not find them then I will just kitbash some for my critter/mining train.
