Funny thing Ralph is this international forum from the U.S. (United States) is both English and Spanish or as I call it mixed English and mixed Spanish.

7.2 volts will be sufficient for small critters and locos, things like an Eggliner, maybe Bachmann's railtruck, and some yard switchers where speed isn't a priority. If you have room for 8.4 or 9.6 volt packs, that will give you just a little extra headroom.
