Coogler, the rail was pulled up for a mass railway in 4 phases. Only 1 thing holding me back is a nice either pre built building or build on site hump yard style train hobby work shop. I am very (uh.....) anal about building and it is not my yard (mom and pop).

So, with no track down I been building my mine buildings and working on stuff in the computer I have been putn off for some time.

Coming from serving the public either when I was Fire Dept or my last duty as a Corporal in a Police Dept I am glade I have this hobby because my illness really bites at times.

Toad

PS I will see if I still have a pix of the old area.

Again Thanks for the Welcome home!

Here was the old MOW or rail line plot. Can not find pix of the grass area where it was. 1/2 of that is now projected like I said hobby shop and 1st Phase of the next RR.

Dave,

Thanks for the Welcome back!

My pop has Direct TV and when it rains hard it goes out so I am hoping it will not with beaming the internet.

I also do huricane chasing and plot them by the net so if it would be raining hard the net would be no use. At this point I have had no bad rain in my area, but I do live in the sticks/woods.

since you live in the swamp hard, mount your antenna with a clear view.

Hey Toad,

I too have the sat dish for TV.  It's not rain that kills it, it's an electrical storm twixt you and the satellite!   I also noted that when using differential GPS on ships, it became unreliable in electrical storms.  Needed the old mark I eyeball and the arts and mysteries of piloting then!
