Cacole:

Been away from a computer for quite awhile.......thank you for your advice!

I hope that the K-27 will accept a phoenix card easily. If not, I guess I'll wait until next year for the sound version.

My suggestion would be to download and read through the Phoenix sound card's documentation available at the Phoenix web site, and it should answer your questiions.

All of the Phoenix documentation can be found here:

Options to control sound functions
Posted by Soulman on Thursday, September 20, 2007 8:00 PM

It's been a busy summer, but, I finally have a train running. I'll try to post some pictures this weekend.

I recently purchased a Bridgewerks Mag20 SRM to power my RR. My thought was to go to DCC in the future, mainly to have control over all the sound functions. Can anyone tell me if I may have other option to control sound functions? I am considering having a Phoenix sound card installed in one of Bachmann's new K-27's, and would really like to be able to utalize all the card has to offer.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Soulman
