How often do you usually need to put new ties under track?

Do your ties need replacing? If they are Aristo, they will replace them for free. The guys out in the desert with the intense sun have the worst problems needing to replace them after about 5 years. If yours are not old they may have been a bad batch.

I do have quite a few areas where the ties have deteriorated and are need of replacement.  They have been outside for probably more than 5 years, I'm not sure.
