Aristo Craft vs Delton--Is there a difference?

I know that Aristo Craft bought out Delton and that manufacturing of their products shifted to China. Is there any qualitative difference between Aristo Craft C16 engines and Delton C16 engines? Or is it just the difference just in where they are manufactured?
