Folks, I 've just read the policy on advertising, so I'm not sure this would be proper or not, if so I guess it will be removed. Any way I'm looking for something, for a while now. A set of the Great Northern passenger cars, that Bachman made awhile back, similar to Sierra cars I guess. Empire Builder paint scheme. Can they still be obtained at all.....Now if this is improper, just say so, it'll never happen again.

Byron, USA trains makes several GN passenger cars. Ridge Road Station may have what you are looking for.

Yes, I currently have 26 of the USA streamliners in GN alone, the ones I'm trying to locate will be for my inner lower excursion loop that is visible in the last two shots, and they are the shorty like narrow gauge Sierra type cars, say, maybe only 16-18 inches long, not like the 32-33 inch streamliners. I'm using mainly 5 foot radi curves on that loop. Wanna pull them with an Aristo 'ROGERS' steamer.

Totally different kettle of fish, boys and girls.

These are standard Bachmann passenger cars painted GN.

I have had a half-dozen through here, parted with all of them (I think).

As hard to find as the original yellow UP cars, of which I've had 5 or 6.

Don't limit yourself to a "set".

Get what you can find, extras can be "trading stock" for what you need.

These are the Bachmann Jackson Sharp cars (circa 1870's?) in G scale, 1:22.5. They are a bit earlier than the Aristo Sierra cars (circa 1890's?) in 1:29. The prototype for the Sierra cars is in the B&O museum in Baltymor .

Just keep checking E-bay, they come up from time to time. Just have to be patient when it comes to out of production items. Besides you never know when B'mann will reissue them.
