I stopped by yesterday afternoon & looked over the fence again. The track appears to be 45mm (I'm guessing - didn't measure). There must be several hundred feet of track. There is a long curved trestle. Also a long (3 feet ?) steel-truss bridge. Several buildings. A bunch of switches.   I rang the doorbell & asked about the set. The people had recently moved in & said they would at some point probably remove it. I gave them my card. They said the control console was a large panel. Since I don't know much about model railroading and don't have the expertise to uninstall & sell, maybe I will suggest that they donate it. The recipient could do the dismantling & the owners could take a charitable donation.
