When i was a young man I had a mate who owned a "Rang Dang" I had a few rides on it and I was discussing it with some one quite recently and they asked me what a "Rang Dang" was. I amazed that no one knew what they were. This terminology was in common use amongst my mates in the fifties and I thought it was in wide use but I think I was wrong. <br /> <br />Well I can feel your curiosity on my back it was a BSA (Beezer) Bantam 250 cc 2 stroke motor bike and its exhaust went rang dang dang dang dang as you throttled back, hence the name. <br /> <br />Regrds Ian
