Hey Ya'll

Thanks for that advice Kevin. It will be an electric model and I am going to tackle the
0-4-2T first.

I gave the foldout plan sets 67 and 68 from Garden Railways and I gave them to my shop teacher. I told him about my project and asked him if he could build them for me.
I asked him earley this morning and he has turned out the short reefer and the short flatcar and he will have the short gondola (he is building 3 of these) to me tommorow.

I have ordered the nessesary parts (bachmann wheel sets and couplers)
for the cars and I am going to put them on when I get home. (They arrived this morning).

I only ordered the nessesary parts, and I will add extras later.

I helped him paint them and the flatcar and the reefer turned out nice (the reefer was naarow gauge red, the flat car was brown)

I have sractchbuilt a caboose out of posicle stick left over from a school poject and It is almos finished. I think I am addicted to scratchbuilding. But, the coast to build these were relativley cheap ( I spent less than ten dollars on each car).

Know, I can enoy the hobby cheaply. My neaxt goal is to scractchbuild a freelance 2-8-0 based on a C21.

Nick
