Hi wa1lbk <br />The running of other than mineral an timber trains was in the light railway <br />bit. <br />I dont know what the US equivelant term for it is <br />basicaly a railway built to a lower standard than the big companies have too <br />In the UK and early Aus railways coverd by the light railways act <br />a law that allowed for lower standards on rural railways ect a lot of industreal <br />and narrow gauge railways built under british law at home and colonies <br />used that act of parlement. <br />any way time for me end this bit starting to wander away from the topic[:D] <br />regards John
