Hooking up a postwar 154 crossing flasher to a fastrack accessory activator pack.

Can anybody tell me how to hook up a 154 to a accessory activator pack? Theres three thumb screws, and only 2 wires, but lionel said it could be done. Also, is there any way to hookup a postwar 151 semaphore to a activator pack? And, how does the fastrack operating track section compatible with a milk platform? I removed both ballast edges but cant figure out how you do it, it just sits on top, raising the track section.
