I'm not sure I understand you - are you talking about using FasTrack in place of tubular on my elevated line?

It looks like the elevated tubular track is resting on MTH Piers.  Is that right?  If so have you tried to use those piers to elevate Fastrack?  Are the MTH piers compatible with Fastrack?

Don't worry about it, he sure doesn't.  He loves sports a lot, at times it the one way that I can really talk to him about anything in depth.  And yeah, he is a real pro at the stats, he keeps numbers in his head for days, and not even the normal stuff.  He's a really great guy, and is with one of our adult Sunday School classes in reading the Bible in 90 days.  He is truly a blessing.

This was taken just before riding on the Georgetown Loop RR in Colorado last year.  You might be able to see the trestle in the background.

Here's a picture of me at the Grand Canyon in January of 2007.  We rode to the Canyon on the Grand Canyon Railway and spent the night at one of the lodges on the rim then took the railway back to Williams.  Great trip.

and here's one of me and my nephew Brian. We already have fastrack, transformer and trains picked out for his birthday in November (shhh..don't tell him it's a suprise).

Take care,

Mitch

Aw c'mon ATSJer.... I've been outed!!! Man, your eyes are GOOD!

Well, one thing that strikes me profoundly as I look at everyone elses pics is how much younger looking I am than most here, even though I am in the same age ballpark. And how much smaller and thinner I am. Below is me with a little girl, one of many kids I've taken under my wing over the years from dad-less single mother households. YES, she's wearing her own train hat she insisited I get for her. DO I REALLY LOOK LIKE I"M OVER 50???? I'm not that much bigger than the little kid. I've dated women whose kids were bigger than me.

Folks I work with think I'm anywhere from my upper 20's to my mid-30's. When I laugh at those guesses, then they go higher and say 40. Their jaws hit the floor when I say, "go higher." I've had people who don't normally speak to me stop me and say "YOU'RE HOW OLD??!!!" like they just can't believe I'm actually their age.

But I think that's one of the big reasons why I'm such a big hit with kids at train shows.... I'm a small guy who is really a big kid at heart who isn't at all threatening. You give me a train catalog, a small display layout, a room full of kids and I'm gonna grow interest in this hobby!!

Everyone always asks that question.  That's one of my church members Scott, he's got some physical and mental limitations, my son and I took him to a minor league baseball game last year because he's big into sports.

Everyone always asks that question.  That's one of my church members Scott, he's got some physical and mental limitations, my son and I took him to a minor league baseball game last year because he's big into sports.  He is the equipment manager for several of the High School teams in our county.  But, yeah, it looks like he's sleeping, but he's really filling out the team roster for his box score sheet.  You can see him holding the book.
