Lionel PW# 682 S2 turbine - what was the set consist?

Just picked up a beauty of a 682 at a hobby shop on vacation for a steal. I was wondering what was the orginal consist of this set. Hoping to reconstruct this set. I normally don't purchase PW steam - prefer diesel - but the 682 is so hard find I figured its a must have.

So how much did you pay for it? What kind of condition is it in? And where did you buy it?

JIm

Purchased in St Louis at a hobby shop. Item is in Excellent condition - I paid $325. I thought it was a good deal - maybe a little high but I have yet to see one on Ebay for less than $400 in this condition.

In the 1954 catalog, the 682 with 2046WX tender ($37.50) was shown in the 2217 set ($49.95) pulling the 3562 ATSF operating barrel car ($8.95), 6464-175 Rock Island box car ($5.50), 6356 NYC stock car ($5.95), and 6417 PRR caboose ($5.75).  The set came with 8 O31 curves and 5 straights (@$.30), 1 UCS ($3.95), and "Lockon, Lubricant, Smoke Pellets and Instruction Booklet".

Was set 2217WS the only set that the 682 came in? I don't have any PW books with me but I believe there was a set that had a crane and work caboose or is that a late 671 set?

I've been searching the internet for an example of the set #2245WS - does anyone have a picture?

The 1955 catalog doesn't show complete sets or set prices.  The pages showing the 682 say, "Lionel 'O' Sets, starting as low as $39.95, include locomotive, cars, lots of track, uncoupling section; lubricant, lockon and instruction booklet."  The cars that rogruth lists are shown in tiny individual side views.  The text is carefully worded not to promise that all the cars come in all sets or even in any individual set.
