Where else do you linger?
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, June 18, 2007 11:23 PM
Being a fan of cars and trains I have other forums I participate in. Do you? I'm part of the corvetteforum and auroraclubna forum, among others. I've even started one myself but so far I'm the only member. :)

So where else do you guys like to surf? (Just hoping to find more train sites.)

Wow....corvetteforum.... Haven't been there since about 2002 when I sold mine.  I think I may still have a C3 front-end rebuild tutorial out there somewhere....

Currently also participate in several aviation forums - cessna-pilots.com, rec.aviation.piloting, rec.aviation.homebuilt, rec.aviation.owning.

When my wife caught me on this forum, she said "Oh no, not another forum! You're already on a hundred others." It's amazing how many forums there are!

Here's the one I started, like I said I'm the only member so there's plenty of room for others!

Lately it's been on the barbquebible.com board.  Just received a smoker for my birthday earlier this year, nothing fancy, electric heat, but this is a good primer to run a smoker.

Man does not live on trains alone, but by a diet of smoked meat!Big Smile [:D]

and 'Da-Bay.

Now if I could finish some projects around the house, I could get the trains outside; watch trains, and tend the fire!

I linger in the hearts of countless women everywhere, for you see, women want me, and men want to be me. It's at once a curse and a blessing, but most times, I use my powers for good and not evil.

Like Jim, I seem to be everywhere, mostly trains but sometimes weightlifting. My job requires me to be on numerous military sites. On all sites most of the people are pretty nice but the main reason I check in here from time to time is I think folks here are the friendliest and down to earth, whatever that might mean. Also, I still have another 3 rail layout I want to do eventually.
