looking to get price or sell lionel train set from mcdonalds in 1987

I have train set #11750 npk mailer from 1987 mcdonalds monopoly game. I am cleaning house. I have spent many hours tring to find where to sell and price. can anyone help? it is still in orig. plastic. and shipper box.

Here is what I found in Greenberg's pocket price guide for Lionel for 2006, page 150, it is uncataloged  from 1987; excellant condition $135.00, like new condition $145.00. 

No other information listed as to 027 or O gauge, no mention of track or transfromer!!  Don't mention if it is a diesel or steam loco.

You might consider giving it to charity and take the tax credit, make it a win win with no hassles.

Remember to check with the tax rules...I believe donations for this year need to be appraised.  You can't just look up items in the IRS book, and take the deduction.
