Which on line company would have 0 scale materials I need to build an 0 scale Santa Fe Stockyard?

I will need basically just 0 scale fence post, boards, iron gate, etc.

John Fullerton [jefelectric] can help you.  He has a scratch built stock yard that looks real.  Hinges on gates and all.  I've seen it up close and it is so real you can almost see the cows move.

wayray,

First the Chief is exagerating.  Here is a picture.

Everything is constructed from stripwood and the hinges are dollhouse hinges.  I actually purchased all the material from a dollhouse supply company.  The stain is craft paint diluted with water so that it just gives the wood a weathered look.  If you have pictures of what you want to build it is not to tough.  I drew plans for each section with Visual Cad and then put wax paper over them and built the sections like you would build a stick built model airplane.  If you have any questions, send me an email, my address is in my profile.

The supplier that I used is:

http://www.dejouxminiatures.com/

They stock a large variety of strip wood, more than my LHS or any of the craft stores.  Of course they also have the hinges, which by the way come in brass.  I layed them on paper and sprayed them silver.

Take care,

This makes Lionel's 3656 look like a joke...I definitely would not run the 3656 anywhere near this stockyard.  Very nice; looks beautiful!

P.S. My only gripe would be having to look at my fat finger pushing the heffers on and off the cars! ...guess the 3656 ain't all bad after all.
