I must be dense, but what "review" area of the board is he talking about?  Am I missing something?

       The reviews Bob was referring to are on the CTT site.

All the magazine reviews of different engines and the like are accessible through the main CTT site. They have a function to 'comment' on the review. I believe Bob is clarifying on what he'd like to see.
