Try http://www.pcb123.com They have a free board design program that you can use to design and then order you boards with. It's pretty slick.

The board cost is not too bad if you order 20 they are about $8 and up each.

The program alone is a great design tool.

Being something of a tinker I would like to make my own printed circuit boards. I did it once before years ago but the materials sources no longer exist. Does anyone know of a supplier of photo sensitive pc material and the developer for it? Or possibly a manufacturer who makes small quantities (12 - 24) of boards for the hobby markets? I have found one place on the net which does it but they ask about $60 for 3 standard size boards. Gotta be a better way.[:)]
