It is a O scale 2 rail convention held every summer, almost always in a different city with a local sponsor.Usually very well attended and you will not find 3 rail  unless someone just brought an item with them. Highly recomended to see  even if its not your thing. lots of useful items for the 3 railer. buildings, scenry supplys, etc.

I've been to a couple over the years. 3 Rail is allowed but it must be scale. Lot's of detail and scratchbuilding supplies if you are into that sort of thing. Not a huge swap meet by any means if thats what you are going for. At least the 2  I attended in the northeast. If you by the whole package and attend clinics and visit layouts it's probably a good deal. But just to attend the swap meet unless somethings different than the ones I went to. Will cost you $25.00 to get in the door. If searching out 3 rail trains is your only interest it may not be worth it.
