I found this pic on the bay, as I'm researching  prices on a really nice 224 when in York.

Here's a seller who of course says, "don't know a lot about vintage trains". His tender loco arrangement certainly tells us that!

I could understand if that were one of the Lionel tenders with the factory-installed backwards water scoop.

Funny that Bob should post on this thread.  Sometimes I feel like I would have a backward tender compared to the knowledge he espouses on this forum.  Thanks for the help you contribute to us.
