Oh, man. I just ran across a pic of one of these. Just beautiful! Never knew they existed. Now I know what I'll be doing in my spare time....

Thats great. I've seen some nice Hafner trains that people have put Marx running gear in. The imagination is the limit.

In all honesty, I hope they are out there somewhere. If it has been modified to this, hats off to the creator...

That's a custom job, made from two Commodore Vanderbilt bodies and mechanisms. I forget who made it, but I've seen other pictures of it. Truly nice work, and a nice could-have-been.
