Legacy/TMCCII Diesel locomotive

can i use the Lionel CAB 1 remote  with these  new  Legacy/TMCCII  Diesel locomotive's or will i have to get the TMCCII  CAB 2 remote ?????????

You can run a Legacy loco with the CAB-1 under TMCC control BUT you can't access Legacy specific features without a Legacy command base and controler. aka a Legacy equippped loco will run under conventional control, standard TMCC, and Legacy.
