I came across this and immediately thought of you, Dave.  I know you've expressed an interest in having live steam on your outdoor railroad several times.  Here's someone who is doing it in O gauge with prewar Bing and Bassett-Lowke.

Thanks; I photo'd an O gauge live steamer a couple months ago in N. Va., running on dual gauge track:

 

here's mine, but it's on G gauge track; I built it from a kit; wasn't that easy; probably broke half the parts and had to keep ordering them; they know me well in the UK
