Most of the steam locomotives wound up at Bowser - I have no idea how close to the Penn Line they still are.  Collectors (and there aren't many in HO) will want rare items or unbuilt kits in the original box.  The used HO market is weak.  If they are well built/painted, no missing parts, and run well there will be a market.   See Bowser for current kits list prices. http://www.bowser-trains.com/

Enjoy

I had the D2 switcher & some cars. A cousin of mine worked at Penn Line before joining the Air Force way back when.

I had a very nice Penn Line steam engine many years ago. A neighbor gave it to me,even though I was into Lionel, and it was HO. I wish I held onto it.

This is HO scale, right?  If so, you would have more luck on the Model Railroader forum.
