can any one help me on how to unbend hornby 00 gauge track and stop a train sparking

Hi,

Can't help you with the un-bending of the track.

As for the sparking, I presume that the sparks are from the OO power pickup wheels.

In O gauge, sparking of the power pickup roller is pretty common. Normally it just means that you need to clean the track and pickup roller.
