Frank53-  I heard the other day that the "Jolly Green Jean Grits Giant" was in negotiations to buy the old Lionel Plant in Hillside,NJ & convert it into a Shock [:O] G.R.I.T.S Warehouse in a effort to subdue the Northland. I wonder if this is true??? Oh, & he is going to use the other part of the Factory to store his impressive collection of Corvairs also.Wink [;)]Wink [;)]Wink [;)]Whistling [:-^]Whistling [:-^]Clown [:o)]Clown [:o)] Take Care all.

LOL Frank,

Are you sure it's an R&D guy.......or is it a customer who pre-ordered?  Could be a Corvair owner too!

HUH ??????????????Shock [:O]

Don't worry Chuck, I have a ton of tubular in my basement that I will sell at highly inflated prices.  One of the advantages of living in Ohio is having a basement where I can corner the tubular track market.

Must be a relatively narrow basement as it doesn't take too much width to "corner" tubular track Wink [;)]

Very nice work on the Lionel factory, Frank!  What a beautiful massive building!  Somebody at the window manufacturers (Grandt Line?) must love it when you place an order.  I noticed the Lionel Legacy R&D guy in the last picture.....I think he's about ready to JUMP!  Posted at 4 am? After a job well done I think you deserve some sleep....now go back to bed.

Frank 53, that went over pretty good as there is a sence of humor here unlike another forum who freaked about a similar postBig Smile [:D] And that is a nice factory by the way.
