MTH Maintence Requirements?

As many of you know MTH RS2 has a Running clock, and Maintence Scheduled at 1000 hr run time.  What type of maintence is being referred to at that interval?  I typically oil and grease the moving parts much more frequently.  Is their some kind of a time bomb coming? Or is this fluff?

Don,

        You are doing all that you need to do.  The "maintenance required" message is just a reminder.  Scared me the first time it came up on the remote.  I thought there was a board problem.

Don, I think you are right on.  I sure oil and lube my engines a lot more often than a thousand hours.  They'll last a lot longer.
