Well, while waiting for wife to get done with car so I can change oil, I thought I'd start a Sat. video thread !! This is a train with loads I made recently !! Let's see yours, as they say !!

Thanks, John
PS : For some reason I had to click replay to get the train going.
John, Here is my attempt at posting a video. Need some pointers on how to make it more clear. The sounds are the actual Railsounds from the locomotives.

John, Great loads and freight train! Very interesting to look at.
Buckeye, Nice trains...clearer would be better but the sounds were NICE!!!. Felt like I got run over by the train there at the end...did the loco hit your camera for that shot?
Roland
Thanks Roland. I am glad to know that someone besides me can see the video.
The camera was sitting on a flat car for the last shot.
Thanks Roland & Buckeye for for putting a video on !!
I had a lot of fun making those loads from K&S brass & figuring out how to solder them plus keep the weight down a little !! Down below is hollow !!

John & Buckeye - LOVED the videos!
Buckeye - Still want to know if the train hit the camera "car" in the last shot?
Lisa

Thanks Laz !! No, those are aluminum pop cans I cut up !! I have them folded back as to not see the coke painted side, but if you look close, some of the red shows down inside !!

Lisa, the camera was sitting on a flat car. The engine emerged from the tunnel and the couplers matched and the flat car with camera went for the ride until it shut off. Use some rubber bands to attach the camera to the car.
As neat as it is to see trains and layout pictures the videos are even better! Watching accesories operate would be a hoot!
Jim
I re-edited some of the footage together and created "Vintage Train Races". Some fun with movie maker.
