Thanks Chuck, I appreciate the answer. I will just enjoy the music every time I start it up.

It's doing what it was meant to.  If you want to shut off the music early, you will have to rewire the accessory so that you cut power to the unit.  The accessory button has the same effect, you trigger playback of the pre-recorded "sound track".
When everything else fails, play dead

Accessory Wiring Question
Posted by tschmidt on Monday, February 19, 2007 9:04 AM
I just wired the Lionel Hobo Tower using my SC-2 so I could turn it on using the CAB-1 remote. I get power fine for the campfire and I can turn the music on using the CAB-1 but it won't turn off using it. It has to cycle through until the song ends. I followed the wiring instructions that were in the instructions.
Anyone have any ideas or did anyone else wire theirs this way?

Thanks, Tom
