Color variations of the 126 Station
Posted by SPFan on Monday, November 17, 2003 9:34 PM
I have a pre war 126 passenger station which the previous (original) owner has repainted. I'd like to restore it to close to orginal condition. Right now it has a green roof, red crinkle walls, and windows with white trim. The top of the base is black but the original underside of the base is light brown. Was there a similar green, red, white and brown scheme offered? Also the damaged chiminies are lithographed brick and would be difficult to recreate. Has anyone seen repros offered in this scheme? I have only seen solid colors.
