Take a look at Lionel's history, they sued Ives and K-Line and other companies that are no longer in business today, so a stalemate by Lionel is only tipical!

I remain optimistic that the two parties can reach an amicable settlement. Having two healthy companies (in addition to all of the other companies) will continue to insure innovative and higher quality products in the future. In any event, it appears that everything will be coming to a head in the next 90 days or so.

1st: Kudos to Mike Wolf for the licence agreement. Promotes both the hobby & the railroads.
Win-Win for both.
2nd: OK, we all know Mike wants Lionel. Its no secret, I read about this many times.
To sue on speculation that Lionel should have know this or that from another company a half a world away, and where the thieves are already in jail for said action, is pathetic (my words!).
The demise of Lionel (or MTH for that matter ) does no one good except the pockets of the liars..oops lawyers, and maybe MTH, probably Mike himself gets satisfaction from it.
Mike, does us ALL a favor and drop the lawsuit. Ask for minor punitive damages AND MOVE ON!! Just beacuse your p***ed off at Lionel, does mean you can own them...Get over yourself. I don't think anyone is bigger than this hobby.
