information on 3-truck Shay

I have a brass greared locomotive in an old green box marked "United scale models  mfd. by Atlas Industries,Inc. Kawaguchi, Japan.It is a 3-Truck Shay Class "B" exclusively for Pacific Fast Mail. " Can anyone tell me anything about this train?
