I'm looking for a miniature train model/town set in Los Angeles

I'm putting together a spec piece for a film. I would like to shoot someone's train set / model with my video camera for about twenty minutes.

This is a spec project, meaning, I have no money. But I'm just looking to shoot for about twenty minutes - half hour, just me and my camera...no crew, lights, etc.
