made a 7/8n18 frame from rusty 027 rails; ready now for further construction; 100% metal consisting of 027 rails and copper journals and supports made from copper plumbing pipe banged flat and soldered; some JB Weld also used. Wheels are Lionel fast angle housed in copper journals. I'm gonna build a fleet of tippers and flat cars using this type of construction for indoor 3-rail and outside 2 rail o gauge tracks.



I'll show further construction photos later; now getting ready to add copper pin coupler posts; then building up from there
