Forum spam

I seem to be receiving increasing numbers of e-mail messages that appear to come from forum members.  My e-mail service warns me that I should beware of them; and I routinely delete them.  I don't know whether they are real or the result of some virus.  If real, please do not send me unsolicited pictures, movies, jokes, or whatever they are.  I read only plain-text e-mails from people whose names I recognize, with subject lines that I understand.  Thank you.

Bob, if you don't want to receive these e-mails, you can update your profile.  The e-mail options are near the bottom of the profile page.

I haven't been getting anything like that from here. You might have a trojan or something like that. Try running your anti virus/anti spyware and check to see if either protect against trojans. If not , you might want to look for anti trojan software. http://www.ewido.net/ is a good one.
