Not that I am aware of.  I was surprized at how many folks on the forum are in Ohio.  I will be interested to see the response to this thread.

I grew up just West of Athens, and my parents are still there.  The Plains is 7 minutes from my old house.  I remember there used to be a club that set up trains at the University mall every year.  That was a while ago, but they still might do it.

There is 10-12 people from around Portsmouth that set up layouts every year as part of Holly Days, a fund raising activity for the local hopsital, with a lot more that just like toy trains or have trains and no layout.  There would be interest in a toy train club.
