Several years ago, 1997 to be exact, I did an article for CTT on the 1957 Lionel Showroom Layout. I did a lot of scrambling to come up with the few photos that were in that issue. My good friend Ed Prendeville, of Train Collectors Warehouse in Parsippany NJ, helped out with some great photos.

Does anyone have any old family photos of trips to the Lionel showroom? For that matter, does anyone have any family photos that show any Lionel manufactured layout, whether from department stores or showrooms around the country?

We can even open this up to Gilbert Hall of Science fans.

Perhaps we can get a few posted during the coming Holiday Season!
