If M&S is sold out, they most likely can get you a set.

Last week, they still had sets at Smoke Stack Hobbies in Lancaster, plus the water tower and bill board.

In the morning I will see if M&S or some other MTH dealer can get me a set and maybe the water tower and billboard. GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!!!!!!!
