I have played with the demo which lets you do everything but save or print. It is pretty easy to use.

I am just starting my first O-Gauge layout in the basement, and I was wondering if any of the track layout software available is useful? It looks intriguing, but I am hesitant to spend the money if it may not help me much. Any help would be appreciated.
