Wonder if we will get to a point where the lawsuits are done and we can all play nice again?  I am glad for the verdict, but would be much happier when these companies can focus more of their resources and finances to making quality trains.

Hello All!     I was also hoping that there would be some sort of settlement that would have been acceptable to both parties involved instead of having a whole new court case that will drag this out for the next few years?  This would have been the better way instead.  Now, we'll have to wait another Two,Three, or more years for a outcome. Take Care all.

Well that is something that I can't predict....................., but untill then, I will still be on the Censored [censored] MTH band wagon. LOL

saw it in today's Washington Post riding in on the train. They didn't explain what "Lionel" was but did explain that Mike's Train House is a rival toy train company in Maryland, as most of the public doesn't  know MTH.

That is very true. Lionel is rather sononomous with with toy trains.
