Well, in addition to peace on earth...I am trying to track down a MTH PRR E8 ABA set along with a set of Broadway Limited Passenger cars.  I am hopeful Santa will give me an "A" for effort.

Regards,

John O

Well, mine has a little to do with trains......... a new camera. I am saving up for it when I collect all of my Christmas money. Maybe a train car or two.

Williams Rio Grande F-3's. To my wife's dismay, they arrived yesterday, after I got home from work. This is like a UPS first, and the wife was pretty wound up about it, but what do you do? I'm just happy to know I'm getting them! A set of Weaver Colorado Midland reefers were also on the list, but I can only hope...

Well I already got the Lionel North Pole Central set as an early gift from the wife, so I'd have to say if I want anything else from anyone, it would be more cars to add on.

I just hope that Tiny Tim gets better.  That's all I want.  Oh, and that 464 sawmill that's on the way.  And the Joe and Moe car that's on the way.  And, maybe...  maybe a couple more 3461's.  Sniff.  HOOONNNNKKK...  Sorry.  It's like one of those old Hallmark Commercials.  Snort.  And - I really want Lionel to release their Hogwarts Express set SOON in 2007.  <wipes eyes>  And whirrled peas.

RIP Chewy - best dog I ever had.

Hello Jake!   Try Jeff Kane at the Train Tender website. He may have a Squawkbox on hand for your GG-1. He's always helpful & aims to please. plus, has same day shipping. As for my wish list- I have & enjoy what I've got in my collection. So, my wish is for everyone who reads this & this includes the Moderators that all have excellent health & happiness in this life & as few problems as possible also. If you don't have your health. Nothing else matters. Including Trains. Take Care all.

The list is long but distinguished!

Lionel Chessie Diesel Freight set
Lionel B&O PWCS Diesel Freight set
Lionel Chessie Steam Special
Lionel C&O TMCC Crane Car
Lionel C&O TMCC Boom Car
Lionel B&O Mikado
Lionel B&O Madison 4 pack
Lionel B&O Madison 2 pack add-on
Lionel B&O Madison Dinner with sounds
Lionel B&O I-12 ? Caboose (the new one that smokes)
Lionel Hotbox Reefer (doesn't matter which one)
Lionel PSU Boxcar

Dreamlist
Lionel C&O 2-8-8-2 Allegheny - this would be followed by a consort of at least 20 fully loaded coal cars!

This is intended to be the signature piece on the permanent layout in the new house.  I have something planned that I am not disclosing, and this will look awesome if it gets pulled off!

I'd like to get High.

High-A-Watha that is!

I saw this at the local hobby shop and it is just the cat's rear end. If I had the curves to run it, I would scoop it up in a second. The LHS ordered the engine, four pack, two car add on pack and the RailSounds Diner for a guy and he hasn't been back since. It's just sitting there calling my name every time I walk in. We figured it's about twelve feet long and I could never run it. The 18" passenger cars would need way more than o72 to look normal, so I'll never have one - but it sure is a nice one.

Absolutely nothing!  Recently my order came in for the re-issue of the MTH RK PRR K-4 "Torpedo" engine and 7 matching Fleet of Modernism cars.  Ya gotta love the two-tone maroon and tuscan paint!  That set plus the 1936 prewar O gauge set I picked up at York leaves me happy as a clam.  So I told my wife, please, don't buy me ANYTHING.  I'm making sure to give her some very nice gifts though.

Wow John, I'd sure love to have the same set.  It's like my Holy Grail of train consists because I really like the tuscan red 5-stripe E units and, well shoot, I'd probably like that color on my walls!  I don't recall whether the Broadway Limited ever run behind the T-1 duplexes.  Even if not, I wouldn't hesitate to do so on my layout when I'm in the mood for steam.  Good luck finding your set!

Well we can strike the B&O Caboose off the list!  I stopped at the LHS to pick up a lube kit - btw, the MTH Lube Kit comes with a really nice oil pen with needle!  Well while I was browseing, yes a real man is permitted to browse in a train store, hardware store, or auto parts store, I saw the B&O caboose I've been eyeing... last one they had... so I bought it! Evil [}:)]

I couldn't resist!  It is such a beaut!  If I get a dupe for Christmas I'll just have to settle for two on the big layout! Sad [:(]
