Did you program the ID numbers correctly?  The magnet in the center section is very small and you can miss the plnger activator without much prolem.  I haven't used the OTC but I have used SC-2's to control remote control tracks.

Lionel OTC problem
Posted by fastrackjonnie on Sunday, December 3, 2006 5:02 PM

Has anyone been able to successfully control their operating tracks (particularly FasTrack) with their Cab-1 using the OTC from Lionel?  I have been unable to get mine to work.

I have wired it according to the instructions in the manual, which shows the track being powered by an independent source.  Is there a way to wire it using track power or would this risk damaging the track/OTC?
