I would agree with Bob that the REA 2530 is a logical add-on, as if agreeing with Bob when it comes to post war Lionel is sticking your neck out.
I had a chance to pick up a set of these pretty cheap but passed because I felt they were just too long. I prefer the more O27 sized Clifton, CHatham, Newark, Summit, Moosehardt, etc cars.
Regarding teh Silver Bluff, Dawn Cloud, etc, there are wide variety of variations which are determined by the nameplates and nuts used to hold the nameplates.
That may be a complete set as Greenberg's pocket price guide don't list sets for post war that I can find, the Lionel # 2530 would make a nice addition to the set but may be a little high price for the version with large doors. Also make sure that you have plenty of locomotive power to pull the set after adding the 2530 REA baggage car.

Forgot to mention this but you may need a stronger transformer if not using a ZW or KW, not sure if the REA Express car has lights inside or not. A 75 watt or better transformer should work.

Chuck pegged the set number. My TM CD info indicates the 1952 set came with a 2343 AA, while the 1953 version came with a 2353 AA. If your F3's came with the Lionel Lines cars, it looks like there was a very happy child in 1953!
In 1954, set 2234W came with the 2354 AA units and a 2530 baggage (first offered in 1954), but lacked the 2534 Pullman. As others have noted, the 2530 would be a logical add-on to the 2190W set.
Lionel re-issued the 2530, 2531, 2532, and 2533 in 1996 as a passenger car set (19165). The nameplates were glued on, and the trucks were silver. Finally, in 2003, Lionel issued a 2-car add-on set (15318) consisting of a 15379 Silver Valley combo car and a 15380 Silver Spoon diner. These last two cars would make an interesting addition to your set if you could get matching trucks.
