Ordered a Carrera slot car set. Please don't shoot!

Hobby surplus has some 1:32 cars and track in their catalog, I had a hand me down large scale race set for a short time. If I ever get a bigger house with more room I could see myself adding this to a layout.

I went to Trainland last weekend to see Lionel and saw Carrera 1/32 cars running. I did some research and these are not the h.o. cars of our youth.

   Couldn't help but order a set online. The kids and I are dieing to get our hands on it.

Seems like many in Europe really do nice layouts. Check these shots out. Would like to see O gauge and these together.
