Update On Gargraves RH Remote Switch Problem

Well guys Gargraves has decided to take back the RH remote switch and they will either replace it or repair it.  They have agreed that it should not cause the the locomotive to rock violently from side to side.  They asked what type of locomotive I was trying to run over the switch, how old it was, and if that is the only engine that I have tried to run over the switch.  I replied to them that the locomotive was the NYC Flyer which isnt even a year old yet and that it is the only locomotdive I have because I cannot afford another one right now because of the high cost of track and switches (that dont work).  I have to send the switch back and they will re-emburse me for the postage.  The next business day after they recieve the switch back they will either send a new one or repair the old one and return it to me.  If in fact they repair it or send me a new one, if I have problems again I will just return it for my money back and order a Ross.  I will be threw with Gargraves after that.  Thanks for all your help and I will keep the updates coming.

Tex : thanks for the update. I have seen many posts in the past on how friendly they are at Gargraves, & how willing they have been to satisfy their customers. I'm sure they will fix you up, so let us know how you do !! I sure like their phantom track & I have almost or over 250 feet of it down & never a problem with track.

Thanks John, thats all I have right now is Gargraves track for my mainline.  The train yard will be Fastrack but thats later on down the road.  I just want to play with my train for a change instead of dealing with problems although I do realize half of the time of playing with trains is solving some problems to.  Anyway I will update you later and thanks again John.  Greg
