Lionel Screen Saver to debut at York

I received the following message via e-mail and thought some in this group might be interested.

Tandem Associates will be premiering "The Postwar Lionel Screen Saver" at the TCA York Train Meet on October 17th and 18th in York, Pennsylvania. We hope that you will be able to visit our table in the new "Orange" Dealer Hall on the fairgrounds.

For the first time those wonderful pictures from the Lionel Post War catalogs have been formatted for the computer.

These pictures have been digitally enhanced and cleaned of all production and printing errors. Some of the pictures have been changed by combining pages, portions of pages, and pages from different years of catalogs to make the paintings more appealing.

Seven years in the making, these pictures have truly been a labor of love. Great care has been taken in transference to the digital media format to preserve the quality and intent of the original artwork that thrilled generations with childhood longings and created lasting fond memories.

You can see five thumbnail pictures from the first volume of this screen saver at:

FWIW, I have no financial interest in this screen saver.
